Tulane-Newcomb Choir (TNC) and Choral Intensive (CIN)
now with a Tier I Service Learning Component, assisting with local children’s choral programs

Mondays, 5:00-8:00 PM (TNC); 6:30-8:00 PM (CIN)
Wednesdays, 4:00-5:30pm (CIN)
(each group rehearses for 3 hours per week)

No audition, per se, but an informal pitch test at the beginning of the semester.
Classical and Contemporary Music (many genres)

This semester we will be using a graduated sight-singing guide (practiced in each rehearsal) to help everyone improve sight-singing!

As of Fall 2025, we now have a Tier I Service Learning Component. I am unsure what the music aptitude has to be yet in order to particpate, but please answer all questions accurately below, so that I can have an idea.
